How to join?

Step 1: Apply via Google Form

First Round Deadline: May 31, 2026

Submit your brand info, IG, and preferred zone via the form, or email us directly. First-round priority closes 31 May.

Step 2: Curation Review

1st Round Curation Announcement: June 5, 2026

Our tenancy & creative teams (and partner curators for OH Beauty, Mood by Guciano, and Dagelan) review every application. Strong applications may be fast-tracked.

Step 3: Confirmation

After Curation Release

We'll recommend a zone, share specific rates, and confirm your booth. Early confirmations are very possible.

Step 4: Sign SPK & Payment

Our tenancy team will reach out with the the SPK and invoice for deposit or balance settlement/payment.

Step 5: Onboarding

Tech meet 18-24 July, 2026 (exact date TBD). Loading 29-30 July. Festival 31 July - 2 August.
